Beyond Italy: Innovation, Dynamism, and Work-Life Balance
A rehearsal room at the office, international teams, and AI becoming more real than ever.
At Outlus, we’ve long said that sometimes a quick game of foosball is worth more than a long meeting (see 👀👉🏻 here).
Well, we’ve just been somewhere that takes that idea very seriously.
We visited ServiceNow’s Tel Aviv office, one of the most creative and innovative hubs in the entire EMEA region. Here’s what we discovered.

Strategy, Connection...
When it comes to enterprise innovation, Israel is always top of mind — and it’s no coincidence that ServiceNow chose Tel Aviv as the home of one of its most strategic offices in EMEA. But what makes this office truly unique isn’t just its role in tech development.
It’s the energy, culture, and human approach that you can feel in every corner.
This is the only EMEA office that hosts engineering teams working directly on product development, with a close connection to global HQ. In other words, in Tel Aviv, they’re not just implementing solutions — they’re building the future of the platform.

That positioning makes the environment extremely dynamic and experiment-driven, with fast dev cycles, constant feedback, and seamless interaction across international teams.
...and a music room
Beyond technology, what really stands out is the company culture. In Tel Aviv, work-life balance isn’t just a catchphrase — it’s a lived experience.
The office spaces are designed to foster both productivity and well-being: relaxation areas, open collaboration zones, an always-stocked kitchen — and yes, even a fully equipped music rehearsal room.
But this room is more than just a perk.
It holds deep meaning: it was personally funded by ServiceNow CEO Bill McDermott, in memory of a local team manager who was tragically killed during the Hamas attack at the music festival in Israel on October 6, 2023.
It’s a gesture that speaks volumes about ServiceNow’s deeply human company culture, and how every individual — beyond their role — is considered part of the community.

According to reviews on Glassdoor, the Tel Aviv office scores an average of 4.3 out of 5. Employees highlight the work-life balance, inclusive leadership, and strong sense of team cohesion.
See you in June!
All this energy feeds directly into events that attract industry-wide attention.
This June, Tel Aviv will host the “Put AI to Work Summit”, a high-impact event dedicated to exploring how artificial intelligence can become a real, usable asset for businesses of any size.
Throughout the day, thought leaders, tech partners, and global clients will come together to explore critical topics like:
Generative AI in business
Large-scale process automation
Intelligent digital experiences for employees and customers
AI governance, security, and responsibility
Expect live demos, success stories, and networking spaces to share ideas and shape the future of digital work.

Outlus will be there as a Gold Sponsor.
It’s an important opportunity to strengthen our partnership with ServiceNow, connect with clients, and showcase how we’re helping companies transform through technology, methodology, and culture.
We’re not just changing what work is — but how it’s done.
