ServiceNow Knowledge25: More Than Just an Event

Try to imagine it. Las Vegas. Tens of thousands of people. Prominent figures like Bill McDermott, Conan O'Brien, Jensen Huang, and Chris Taylor. Booths and pavilions spread across the biggest hotels in the city that never sleeps. Everything centered around innovation and artificial intelligence.

That’s what happened from May 6–8, 2025. We’ve just returned from this experience, and the adrenaline is still running high.

ServiceNow Knowledge25 turned out to be much more than a conference — it was a spectacular display of ideas, connections, and future visions that far exceeded our expectations. Over 28,000 attendees from around the world, more than 800 sessions, hundreds of speakers and industry experts — all packed into three days where the energy of innovation was truly palpable.
And yes, we at Outlus were there, curious and hungry for inspiration.

An event beyond scale

The event kicked off with opening remarks from ServiceNow CEO Bill McDermott — a true rockstar on stage — who introduced this year’s theme: “Imagination is the Limit.” Not just a catchy phrase, but the common thread running through every keynote, panel, demo, and hallway conversation.
The future envisioned by ServiceNow is one where AI is not just a tool but a strategic ally for every business, in every industry.

One of the most exciting highlights of the conference was the introduction of Agentic AI — intelligent agents capable of making decisions and taking autonomous actions, with a level of context awareness and proactivity we’ve never seen before.
No more “passive” AI or digital assistants that simply respond — this is a new generation of systems that do, and ideally, surprise.

Inside the Future

During the sessions, we explored real-world use cases, diving into how AI is reshaping ITSM, HR, customer experience, and cybersecurity. International customers shared how they are already using the platform to reduce costs, speed up processes, and — most importantly — improve employee well-being.

Also unveiled was the Workflow Data Fabric — essentially a nervous system for orchestrating data, insights, and automation in real time. A technology designed not just to make workflows smarter, but more human.

And let’s be honest — Las Vegas delivered its magic too. One of the most unforgettable moments? The party at the Sphere: breathtaking performances, lights, and music in full Knowledge style — immersive, high-tech, and completely next level.
